How often do we send out items?

We ship goods every day.

How long does it take before I receive the item I have ordered?

Can I track my shipment?

All items sent by mail 0.5 – 35 kg can be tracked. You will receive a tracking number by mail shortly after the item has been sent. or sms. You can use: package tracking.co.uk/posten.no to track your shipment.

For items under 0.5 kg, these are sent as mail and can not be traced.

For goods over 35 kg, no tracking number is sent, as these are sent by Db Schenker. A contact from Db Schenker will contact you on the phone for further details regarding the exit to your address. About 2 days after the item has been shipped out.
